About Michael Duff
Michael spent two decades in the motor trade working with dealerships in Edinburgh and Perthshire. He was a Director and Council Member of the Scottish Motor Trade Association for ten years, during which time he served as Chairman of the Complaints Committee handling consumer complaints against association members.
Michael studied law at Edinburgh Napier University and following graduation completed his postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Stirling. He specialises in Private Client Law, with a client portfolio stretching from the Scottish Borders to Aberdeen. Michael is a member of the Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners.

Over the past decade Michael has been involved in assisting a multitude of clients in resolving their complex legal problems, ranging from Financial and Trade disputes to those involving Employment Law disputes.
